ما هو اللاكتولوز

دواء لاكتولوز .. بالأساس محلول سكر، يستخدم هذا الدواء عن طريق الفم أو عن طريق المستقيم لعلاج أو منع مضاعفات أمراض الكبد (اعتلال الدماغ الكبدي ). لا يعالج المشكلة، لكنه قد يساعد في تحسين الحالة العقلية. فهو يعمل على تحميض الوسط في القولون وبالتالي تقليل كمية الأمونيا الممتصة إلى الدم .

كيفية الاستخدام:

عن طريق الفم:

  • إذا كنت تأخذ هذا الدواء عن طريق الفم لعلاج مرض الكبد، 3-4 مرات يوميا أو حسب توجيهات الطبيب.
  • إذا كنت تأخذ هذا الدواء عن طريق الفم لعلاج الإمساك، مرة واحدة يوميا أو حسب توجيهات الطبيب.

(لتحسين المذاق، يمكنك مزجه مع عصير الفاكهة، الماء، الحليب أو الحلوى).

الحقن الشرجية

ما هو اللاكتولوز
دواء لاكتولوز

يمكن أيضًا إعطاء هذا الدواء عن طريق المستقيم كحقنة شرجية لأمراض الكبد. امزج الكمية الموصى بها من لاكتولوز مع 700 مل من الماء أو محلول ملحي عادي. أعط المحلول في المستقيم واحتفظ بالسائل في الداخل لمدة 30-60 دقيقة حسب توجيهات الطبيب. إذا احتفظت بالحقنة الشرجية بالداخل لمدة تقل عن 30 دقيقة، كرر الجرعة ما لم يتم توجيهك بخلاف ذلك. (استخدم هذا الدواء بانتظام للحصول على أقصى استفادة منه. تذكر أن تستخدمه في نفس الوقت كل يوم).

التأثيرات العلاجية لدواء لاكتولوز ؟

عندما يتم إعطاء هذا الدواء عن طريق المستقيم لمرض الكبد، فقد يحدث تحسن في حالتك في أقل من ساعتين، ولكن إذا كنت تتناول هذا الدواء عن طريق الفم ، فقد يستغرق الأمر 24 إلى 48 ساعة. إذا كنت تستخدم هذا الدواء للإمساك، فقد يستغرق الأمر حوالي 48 ساعة لتحسن حركة الأمعاء.

الآثار الجانبية

الغازات، التجشؤ، الألم، الغثيان، والتقلصات. إذا استمرت أي من هذه التأثيرات أو ازدادت سوءا أخبر طبيبك أو الصيدلي على الفور.

(تذكر أن طبيبك قد وصف هذا الدواء لأنه قد رأى أن الفائدة التي تعود عليك أكبر من مخاطر الآثار الجانبية. كثير من الناس الذين يستخدمون هذا الدواء ليس لديهم آثار جانبية خطيرة).

أخبر طبيبك على الفور في حالة حدوث أي من هذه الآثار الجانبية غير المحتملة ولكن الخطيرة وهي: الإسهال، التقيؤ، وتشنجات العضلات، عدم انتظام ضربات القلب، التغيرات العقلية / المزاجية، والنوبات.

هل يحتمل حدوث رد فعل تحسسي؟

من غير المحتمل حدوث رد فعل تحسسي خطير للغاية تجاه هذا الدواء، ولكن عليك التماس العناية الطبية الفورية في حالة حدوثه. قد تشمل أعراض رد الفعل التحسسي الخطير: طفح جلدي، حكة / تورم (خاصة في الوجه / اللسان / الحلق)، دوار شديد، صعوبة في التنفس .

ما هي الاحتياطات ومحاذير الاستخدام؟

  • لا تأخذ أي أدوية مسهلة أثناء استخدام هذا الدواء. يمكن أن يؤدي الاستخدام المتكرر أو الإفراط في استخدام الملينات إلى فقدان شديد لمياه الجسم (حدوث التجفاف). من المحتمل أن يحدث هذا بشكل خاص عند الأطفال أو كبار السن. اتصل بطبيبك على الفور في حال ظهور أي من أعراض التجفاف التالية (ضعف العضلات، تشنجات العضلات، والدوخة) .

أثناء الحمل، يجب استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عند الحاجة إليه. يجب مناقشة المخاطر والمنافع مع الطبيب المختص.

خلال الإرضاع، ليس مؤكدا ما إذا كان هذا الدواء ينتقل إلى حليب الثدي. (مناقشة الطبيب المختص).

التداخلات الدوائية

في حال تناول جرعة مفرطة:

إذا تناول شخص ما جرعة زائدة ولديه أعراض خطيرة مثل الإغماء أو صعوبة في التنفس، يجب طلب المساعدة الطبية على الفور. تشمل أعراض الجرعة الزائدة (تقلصات شديدة في المعدة، إسهال).

في حال نسيان تناول الجرعة في موعدها:

إذا فاتتك جرعة، خذها حالما تتذكرها. أما إذا تذكرتها قريبا من وقت الجرعة التالية، تجاوز الجرعة الفائتة.

شروط التخزين:

يخزن بين 2-30 درجة مئوية بعيدا عن الضوء والرطوبة. احتفظ بجميع الأدوية بعيدًا عن متناول الأطفال.
